The BAFCA Board of Directors has taken the decision to increase the BAFCA annual membership fee by £2 to £17 as from 1st April 2009.  The BAFCA fee has not risen for a number of years and in fact dropped from £20 in 2007. The Directors are all in full agreement that in order to maintain current standards and impetus of development it is necessary to implement this increase.

In view of the current economic climate, this was not a decision thatwas taken lightly.  However, the Association faces increasing costs for items such as the Coaches Education Programme, Flag Leader’s Award development and the Annual Convention. The increased revenue generated will ensure that BAFCA can continue to deliver and develop services to members.
