Bristol Aztecs (BAFL)

The Bristol AZTECS American Football Club are looking for coaches for their Junior, Youth, and Adult full-contact programmes for 2010 and beyond. The AZTECS are continuing to improve their Football programme, training and playing at Filton College's WISE Campus in Bristol, arguably one of the best facilities in the country. At the WISE the AZTECS make use of both the Outdoor and Indoor (65 x 40 yards) rubber crumb astroturf surfaces, the BodyWISE gym, a 6-lane Athletics Track, and now a permanently-marked out full 100 yard American Football pitch with wishbone posts.

The AZTECS have a well-established youth programme, and also have strong links with local BUAFL teams, including the Bristol University Barracuda and the UWE Bullets. There is also a close affiliation with the Filton PRIDE, Filton College's American Football Academy. The Filton programme is a trail-blazer, being the only one of it's kind in the UK.

There are currently 12 non-playing coaches across the AZTECS programme, but we are always seeking to expand and develop the coaching staff.
